Camp River Ranch, Summers 2002-2003 Carnation, WA Administrative Staff: Riding Program Director Supervised a Girl Scout camp riding program of 20 staff, 25 horses, and 100 campers a week. Responsibilities included hiring, training, and evaluating staff; conducting team-building activities; liaising with parents and community; teaching riding and horsemanship; and coordinating details for all aspects of the program. .
