Ford, the architect of the UAlbany Defensive Player of the Year, has 67 tackles, eight pass break-ups and program, has a 237-152 career record in his 38th varsity season as one interception. Gumbs has earned both the conference's weekly head coach at the school. Under his direction, the Great Danes have defensive and special team awards this year. Ford, who has a 246-174-1 career record at the collegiate level, tackles and three interceptions.
