UNMISS “Protection of Civilians” (PoC) Sites As of 9 April, the estimated number of civilians seeking safety in six Protection of Civilians (PoC) sites located on UNMISS bases is 117,604 including 52,908 in Bentiu, 34,420 in Juba UN House, 26,596 in Malakal, 2,374 in Bor, 944 in Melut and 362 in Wau.
