Like many ideas that are before their time, this may be ridiculed by some. But a good offence is the best defence. So having passed their by- law, Council should move forward immediately with a marketing campaign. This of course should have a slogan, or tag-line, and a memorable jingle. And given Council’s commitment to public engagement, holding a competition would be a great way to move forward.
