Once again, quarter one of 2017 continues to see demand for our services grow across all sites and work is continuing to manage patient flow in all our hospitals to minimise the length of time our patients wait to be treated. Despite the pressures on our service, we continue to strive to improve the quality of care delivered by you on the ground to our patients every day. Our Operational Plan for 2017, which is available on the Group’s website, outlines the key objectives for this year, along with the target patient activity figures, financial budget, and key performance indicators.
