Q-link vs Crystals Many years ago I purchased a q-link hoping it would protect me and make me feel better. To be honest I didnt feel anything out of this world while wearing it. Its supposed to have technology that can protect you from EMF such mobile phones, computers and cell towers. Then recently after alot of research I came across crystals. And after reading about the powerful benefits of them, I ditched the q-link and bought myself a few crystals. Straight away I felt the difference, and they actually seemed to be working unlike the q-link. So what makes crystals different to the q-link? First of all they come from the earth naturally, and have been found to naturally harness energy. Another major factor is price, the q-link will set you back £70-80 pounds for a start. Where as with the Crystals your looking at £15- 20 pounds. Crystals are naturally cheaper but do not be put off that they are cheaper, they still pack a powerful punch. The great thing about crystals is you can buy them as a pendant or just buy free standing ones that fit in your pocket. I have many crystals myself, that I put in my pocket and wear as a pendant. Best to experiment and see what works best for you. They all are effective in energy healing and EMF protection. Qigong (often spelt Chi Kung, 氣功) is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of Chinese people. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements, specifically designed to benefit health on many different levels. Qigong is easy to learn and enjoyable to do. Even a few minutes of practise can have an invigorating and rejuvenating effect. Regular practice brings about a deep strengthening effect for the whole body and its various systems (nervous, digestive, respiratory, skeleton- muscular, hormonal, gynaecological, etc). Its ability to help in healing a large variety of chronic and acute injuries and illnesses has been the subject of various research programmes led by the Chinese medical authorities. The aim of Qigong is to promote the movement of Qi (energy) in the body; this is done by opening certain gates and stretching and twisting energy channels. A key point in Qigong practice is relaxation and deep breathing, both of which are prerequisites to allow Qi to flow. Some Qigong movements are very gentle, others more vigorous. Some movements are very large and expansive, others are more subtle, almost imperceptible. All are different and have a very specific effect on body and mind. The deeper one practises, the more one can understand the purpose of each movement, allowing the Qigong practice to become ever more enjoyable. Qigong can have a powerful effect on mind, body and spirit. Reported benefits have included increased general health and well being, reduced levels of stress, and a brighter and more balanced outlook on life's possibilities. Qigong can be practised either as a discipline in its own right, or as a perfect complement to your Tai Chi training. Benefits of Qigong Qigong is a powerful system of health, which has effects on many levels. Qigong can harmonise, strengthen, and have a healing effect on the functioning of all the internal organs and bodily systems. It increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body, can have a variety of rejuvenating effects and is believed to increase longevity, and it induces calm mental and emotional states. Initially many movements focus on gently opening and stretching the joints and muscles of the body,releasing tension that has often been there for years. By increasing the flow of blood and energy, they help to fully nourish all parts of the body. Many of our students report that they feel very relaxed and energised after a session of Qigong, and that they sleep very deeply that night! According to Chinese medicine, the energy relating to the body's internal organs flows around the extremities of the body – the hands and the feet. Thus by stretching the arms and legs in specific movements, the health of the internal organs can be improved. The breathing in Qigong is all-important. The breath should be relaxed, slow and deep, originating from the diaphragm. This type of breathing has a very calming and balancing effect on the mind, which is crucial in counter- acting the effects of worry and stress. Just a few minutes of Qigong whenever you start feeling stressed can really work wonders. These are just some of the benefits that you can experience in the early stages of practice. As you gradually become more and more aware of your body, you will start to feel some of the more subtle and refined effects of Qigong. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a revolutionary treatment method that offers healing from physical and emotional pain and disease. Without the use of needles, this form of acupuncture uses the fingertips to stimulate energy points on the body. Developed by Gary Craig, this is an easily mastered technique that can be performed virtually anywhere. This treatment sprang from the idea that, "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." EFT works by tapping on acupressure meridians to release blockages. When these blockages are released, the problem feeling can be released and move through the body. The process starts with a beginning statement of what the problem feeling is and includes a complete acceptance and acknowledgement of the problem. To start the process of EFT, the person would say something like, “Even though I have this (fear) about (the time I was criticized for being clumsy), I completely accept myself anyway." Often that will not feel true to a person, so they would modify the statement to say, “I am willing to learn to accept myself” or “I want to accept myself." The client says the statement three times while tapping on the karate chop point. In the second part of this treatment, the client focuses on the feeling (fear) in the body and rates it at an intensity between 1-10. Then the client begins to tap on points around the face while saying “this fear” simultaneously. Several rounds of this can be done until the fear is rated at a zero on a scale from 1-10. Once that fear is gone, the therapist will guide the client to feel into other fears that will then come up from different aspects of the same situation or emotional state. EFT is a very effective way of clearing out feelings, and when an unwanted feeling is gone, the limiting beliefs that the client held are released. New, more positive beliefs about themselves can emerge.
