Jobs, internships, and experiences I am proud of… When I graduated college, I took a job for a marketing firm, My advice for those who want to enter my career field… and soon realized after a few months, I was wasting my time Get as many internships and experience as possible. That and doing something I wasn’t passionate about. I took a leap will take precedence over your degree. Push through the of faith and moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, for a part time tough times; it’s always worth it! job working with their baseball team, the Corpus Christi Hooks. I soon discovered that working in baseball is what I wanted to do, and from there, I spent the last 3 years in Hickory, NC, with the Hickory Crawdads as the Director of Promotions and Community Relations until recently taking a job with the Charlotte Knights.

My favorite Early College memory… How ECHS prepared me for my college and career... There’s too many moments to think about, but I want to thank The opportunity given to me at ECHS helped me jumpstart all the teachers who had to put up with me, and push me to my college education and gave me many more succeed. opportunities than what I would’ve gotten from my regular high school. Not only did ECHS care about my grades and The most important thing I learned while at Early success, but they also cared about developing me as a College was… person in the work place. Be yourself, stay true to yourself, and it’s okay to be different.
