 HB 838- relating to privileged communications between law enforcement officers and peer counselors and Office of Public Safety Officer Support, respectively, so as to change the name of the Office of Public Safety Officer Support; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. (Hitchens, 161st)  HB 859- relating to tinting of windows or windshields, so as to provide for a maximum monetary penalty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. (Pirkle, 155th)  HB 113- relating to issuance, expiration, and renewal of drivers' licenses, so as to prohibit license and instruction permit holders under 18 years of age from using a stand-alone electronic device or wireless telecommunications device while operating a motor vehicle; to provide for exceptions; to provide for a civil penalty; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes. (Carson, 46th)  HB 787- relating to having or carrying handguns, long guns, or other weapons, license requirement, and exceptions for homes, motor vehicles, private property, and other locations and conditions, so as to expand weapons carry license reciprocity in this state; to provide that persons who are not residents of this state shall be authorized to carry a weapon in this state if licensed to carry in any other state; to provide that the Attorney General shall enter into an agreement with any state that requires an agreement to recognize and give effect to weapons carry licenses for reciprocity; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
