AGENDA ITEM 4.: PRESENTATION – STEVE LEWIS, LEWIS, LONGMAN & WALKER, P.A., LOBBYING REPORT

Steve Lewis represents clients before state and federal governmental bodies, agencies, courts and the Division of Administrative Hearings in matters concerning environmental and administrative issues. He negotiates issuance of state and federal permits for large-scale developments involving impacts to wetlands, endangered and threatened species, water quality, coastal construction and use of sovereign lands. Mr. Lewis negotiated issuance of state and federal permits for the expansion of major ports and airports and won administrative rule challenge against St. Johns River Water Management District on water quality standards for Lake Apopka.

Mr. Lewis received his law degree from Florida State University College of Law after graduating from Florida State University.
