The CACP elects a new Board of Directors for 2021-2022

OTTAWA, ONTARIO – During the Annual General Meeting held on August 9th, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) elected its new Board of Directors for 2021-2022.

The association is pleased to welcome the addition of the following new members of the Board who will bring their knowledge, ideas, and fresh perspective to the table: • Director - British Columbia: Chief Constable Del Manak, Victoria Police Department • Director - Ontario: Chief Paul Pedersen, Greater Sudbury Police Service • Director – Quebec: Deputy Executive Director General André Santerre, Sûreté du Québec • Director – Quebec : Chief Pierre Brochet, Laval Police Service • Director – Prince Edward Island : Chief Superintendent Jennifer Ebert, Royal Canadian Mounted Police • Director – Newfoundland & Labrador: Chief Superintendent Deanna Hill, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (note: to complete the second half of the 2020-2022 term) • Director – First Nations: Chief Jerel Swamp, Rama Police Service
