Steve Sullivan returns this season to the Jr. Coyotes program after leading our U16AA team to a National Championship tournament this spring. Coach Sullivan also assists with numerous other teams in the program and donates an enormous amount of time to the Jr. Coyotes. Steve is currently the NHL Development Coach for all young prospects including the current NHL player roster.

The 41-year-old Sullivan joined the organization after a stellar 16-year NHL career that included stints with the , , , , and our Coyotes. The Timmins, native totaled 290-457-747 in 1,011 career NHL games. He also recorded 9-14-23 in 50 career Playoff games. Sullivan collected 5-7-12 in 33 contests with the Coyotes in 2012-13, and appeared in his 1,000th career NHL game on March 28, 2013 against Nashville. In 2009, Sullivan was the recipient of the Bill Masterton Trophy, which is awarded each year to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. Sullivan became the first player in Predators history to win an NHL award. Steve and his wife, Kristen, have four children, Aidyn, Garner, Drake and Karlisle.

Coach Mike has been fortunate to have a playing and coaching career that spans over 30 years in the hockey industry. This includes 14 seasons of professional hockey in U.S. minor pro, top European leagues. He has been coaching for the past 13 years after retiring from on ice competition. De Angelis is entering into his 11 season of youth hockey with the Jr. Coyotes at the Ice Den and has watched kids grow in front of his own eyes.

Mike currently is a voting member for the Jr. Coyotes in the nationally respected Tier 1 Elite League and travels extensively across the US promoting the Jr. Coyotes brand. Mike holds a degree in Mass Communications and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota- Duluth and citizenship in the United States, Canada and Italy.

He resides in Scottsdale with his wife Sonja and son Ryan (10)

Marc Fritsche returns to the Jr. Coyotes Elite AAA Program bringing a wealth of hockey experience with him. Last year Coach Fritsche was the head coach of the 2006 AAA team and helped assist with the 2002 AAA’s. Both teams had strong seasons with Mark being an important component of these two groups.

During the 90’s, Marc played six seasons of professional hockey in the high level Switzerland National League. Fritsche originally hails from OH, and after retiring, was the Head Coach for the Cleveland Barons at the Midget AAA level for ten seasons. Fritsche has been a Head Instructor the Turcotte Hockey School since 2006 and is currently a manager of the world renowned “Legacy Global Sports” company.

Marc has two boys, Marc Jr. and Colin.
