This month, we launched a community survey via SYP Alerts, to better understand what you think our priorities should be in the south west of the city. We advertised the survey on Facebook and Twitter and had a really positive response. The information we gathered will mean we can concentrate our patrols in the areas and on issues that matter to you… Issues you want to see as a priority by area: Beauchief & Greenhill – 48% highlighted speeding as a priority, 33% vehicle crime Dore & Totley – 66% highlighted burglary as a priority, 36% speeding Ecclesall – 64% highlighted burglary as a priority, 46% speeding Gleadless Valley – 53% highlighted drug dealing/using as a priority, 40% burglary, 40% off-road motorbikes Graves Park – 45% highlighted burglary as a priority, 41% speeding Nether Edge & Sharrow – 64% highlighted drug dealing/taking as a priority, 52% gun and knife crime Thank you to everyone that took part in the survey.
