“VISIONES SEXISTAS DE LAS MUJERES EN EL MUNDO LABORAL EN PLENO SIGLO XXI” Objetivos pedagógicos ! Visibilizar la discriminación por razón de género en el mundo laboral. ! Favorecer la reflexión y el análisis por parte del alumnado. ! Entender los concepto de estereotipos y roles de género. Competencias ! Capacidad de análisis critica de noticias de artículos de periódico. ! Reconocimiento de estereotipos, roles de género y discriminaciones en el ámbito laboral. ! Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Contenidos Conceptos Discriminación laboral por razón de sexo. Estereotipos y roles de género. Segregación horizontal y vertical. Sexismo. Procedimientos Trabajo reflexivo a partir de la lectura de una noticia aparecida en los medios de comunicación. Temporalización 1 sesión de 40 MINUTOS 5 minutos presentación de la actividad. 5 minutos establecimiento de conceptos teóricos. 15 minutos lectura de la noticia y rellenar la ficha 1. 15 minutos Exposición de las conclusiones de cada grupo y debate. Metodología ! Participativa y colaborativa. ! Reflexión en pequeños grupos. ! Exposición y extracción de conclusiones. Desarrollo de la actividad Presentamos la actividad al alumnado: leeremos noticias que se han publicado en los diarios, recientemente, y en las que veremos las discriminaciones y los impedimentos que han encontrado las mujeres en el mundo laboral, provocadas por los estereotipos y los roles de género vigentes en nuestra sociedad patriarcal. Lo que tendrán que hacer es leer un pequeño texto (que es la noticia del diario) y contestar las preguntas de la ficha de trabajo 1. Tiempo: 5 minutos. Pediremos al grupo-clase que se divida en pequeños grupos de 4 ó 5 personas en función del tamaño de estos. -
