The Report was prepared under supervision of the Project Manager of the UNDP Office for Climate Change, Ms. Pavlina Zdraveva. The author would like to thanks all entities and individuals who contributed to the preparation and realization of the assessment for this Report to analyse research, development, innovation and technology transfer capacities related to the climate change in the country, as well as possibilities for utilization of the UNFCCC TT: Clear mechanism. Although relatively small country with relatively small share of GHG emissions at the global level, this assessment will contribute to the country efforts to dedicate and constantly striving not only to meet obligations but also to ensure the best possible national contribution to climate actions.
