For the past eight years, the University of Oklahoma women’s basketball Sooner Boomer Sooner Boomer Sessions have caught the attention of state, regional and national players and teams. Head coach Sherri Coale and staff place special emphasis and instruction on the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing and rebounding. The staff also lends its knowledge by way of hands-on, one-on-one and group explanation and example. The rooms are shared by two campers and, to meet the interests of the athletes, the campers are given the option to select their roommate. All meals will be provided at a university cafeteria under the direction of a licensed dietian for all boarding campers.
