The meeting will directly go into a closed session at 7:15 p.m. At the conclusion of the closed session, the meeting will immediately adjourn into open session at the regularly scheduled time of 8:00 p.m. An attendee may raise their hand and they will be unmuted to present their comment or they may submit comments via Q&A which will be read during the Public Comment period.
