4c) Select your desired track, in this case the theme song to The Price is Right (pricert.wav). Click OK.

4d) Select how you would like your sound to start:

Automatically upon transition to that slide OR When you click on the gold loudspeaker

Here is the sound icon to click in the presentation to play the embedded sound if you select “When Clicked.”

. 5) Edit the slides as you would normally.

The Price is Right is a good game option for any question involving numbers.

This slide has a custom animation that uses the “cash register” sound file that comes with the PowerPoint program.

This slide set has only 3 slides – an intro, the question and the answer. 6) To expand this template, copy-and-paste slides by selecting them (Ctrl+click on the last two slides) in the slide list on the left, then right click or (Ctrl+C) to copy and right click again (or Ctrl+V) to paste.

7) To use the other sound files from the website (the goodbye is a personal favorite!), follow the instructions 4b through 4d.

Extra Tips: 1) Stick to the format for the by asking for 2 to ~6 volunteers to “come on down” for the bidding segment. Ask the first question, and have each volunteer guess the number in question. The closest without going over wins! 2) Add informational slides to follow the questions, or give a presentation and follow with a question- only fun session to gauge your learners.
