Description Larksfield is a charming detached house believed to date back to the 16th century with later extensions. The house is set back from the road in the centre of the small hamlet of Debach. The accommodation comprises well-proportioned and light-filled rooms laid out over two floors. There are some superb features throughout the house including traditional ledge and brace pine doors, back to back fireplaces in the two main reception rooms, both fitted with wood burners. There are exposed beams and stud work and some open studwork which opens through to the impressive kitchen/breakfast room which is partly vaulted with base cupboards, granite worktop, oak floors and a walk in pantry. There is a range cooker with canopy hood over and delightful views over the gardens with French doors to the terrace. To one side is a further side hall, constructed in part by an attractive oak frame with oak door to the outside. On the first floor are three light and well proportioned bedrooms, a landing with cupboards and a well fitted modern family bathroom. The front area offers extensive gravelled parking for several cars with a flower garden to one side. A path leads between the house and annexe to a paved terrace area with attractive flower beds and herbaceous borders. The annexe has a woven willow fence around a small terrace. A rose entwined pergola leads to the garden sheds to the far end of the garden.
