The Residence Hall Association members will be voting for the RHA secretary at their meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday in Taylor Hall. Dawn Howe, the current RHA sec- retary, cannot complete her term for the spring semester because she will be graduating in December. Miguel Williams, the RHA presi- dent, said Howe will be helping in the transition process with the new secre- tary. She will still finish out this semes- ter as secretary.
