În primul rând, nu există nici o revistă dedicată Indiei în România. În al doilea rând, este o revistă de cultură; așadar, chiar dacă este dedicată unei anume culturi ori țări, scopul ultim este lărgirea perspectivelor și îmbunătățirea culturii generale. Ne-am propus să cuprindem cât mai multe domenii din civilizația indiană: istorie, cultură, tradiție, muzică, dansuri, călătorii, cinema, religie, educație, recomandări. Ceea ce ne dorim este ca scurtele articole însoțite de imagini din lumea virtuală să aducă India mai aproape. Important este ca publicul să afle lucruri interesante și utile, materialele fiind scrise într-un limbaj ușor accesibil. Nu ne dorim să ne înscriem în categoria revistelor academice, cel puțin deocamdată, motiv pentru care nu vom specifica nici o bibliografie (ea constând în mare parte din cărți în limba engleză, română sau articole din enciclopedii virtuale). Toate imaginile ce vor fi cuprinse în revistă sunt incluse strict cu scop informativ și estetic, nefiind vorba de deținerea drepturilor de autor pentru nici una dintre ele. Ne dorim ca această revistă să apară semestrial și deocamdată va fi lansată doar în mediul virtual. Sperăm că va genera o tradiție în acest sens și, de ce nu, o tradiție tipărită de această dată. Suntem deschiși colaborărilor și sugestiilor publicului cititor.
