EVENTS EXECUTIVE LOCATION - BASED AT QUAY WEST, MANCHESTER CONTRACT - TEMPORARY (1 YEAR)

Salary: £17,625-£20,262 per annum. Plus, company laptop and mobile.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the , the national governing body for in the UK & (Europe). We are seeking to appoint a proactive and forward-thinking Events Executive to join our team based at our offices at Media City.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Super League/RFL Events Team, working across a number of exciting central events such as the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Final at Wembley Stadium, the Betfred at Old Trafford, Super League Man of Steel Awards, Season Launch and much more.

The role includes being creative - thinking of new, innovative ways to deliver our events and enhancing the customer experience. You will be involved in the event management process from concept and planning to event delivery and evaluation and will be passionate about delivering great rugby league experiences.

You will be passionate and enthusiastic about events, have great organisational skills, be motivated and forward thinking to take our events to the next level. You will relish the challenge of working across multiple events, often several at one time, have excellent time management skills, and demonstrate successful contributions to the delivery of great events.

You will be able communicate effectively and build strong relationships with venues, colleagues, external stakeholders and suppliers and have the ability to manage working relationships in an office environment and on location as required.

You will have a desire to proactively embrace new challenges, concepts and new ways of working.

This role is a 1-year contract with the potential for it to become permanent.

Some weekend and evening work will be required.
