among us взлом by axel The US Army shouts out an anti-Semitic user on Twitch. Today, the Army has found itself in a new pot of hot water after a member of the Army National Guard, Axel “ZexsOG” Torres, shouted out an anti-Semitic username live, as first reported by Motherboard . “Yo, six million wasn’t enough, thank you so much for the follow, I appreciate you,” he said. It was only last month that the US Army esports team returned to streaming on Twitch. They’d taken a monthlong hiatus, prompted by a fairly spectacular meltdown — they were banning people in the chat for asking about war crimes. (Our armed forces are streaming on Twitch because it’s a great place to recruit, in case you were wondering why branches of the military need Twitch channels.) The clip feels unforgiving, even though it is just basic Twitch protocol to shout out your donations and follows. (Although one would generally hope the mods would ban anyone with that username on sight.) See, Twitch is a mostly inscrutable platform, and some of it is populated by the kinds of people who think a blatantly anti-Semitic username is hilarious. Motherboard , for its part, got a statement about the whole thing from the Army. “This was an unfortunate situation and goes against the Army values of fostering inclusiveness and diversity. We are working with our volunteers on the [Army National Guard] Twitch Page to educate them on screen names that may have racial or negative sentiment behind them,” Lieutenant Colonel Jamie Alan Davis of the Army National Guard told Motherboard . Davis also said streamers would no longer announce “those types of screen names” while they’re streaming. Although this isn’t the first brush our armed and streaming forces have had with edgelord humor on Twitch. A couple days ago, Personnel Specialist Brandon Chandler was streaming the recently popular hidden role game Among Us on the US Navy esports team’s channel with some of his “close friends” — with usernames like “Japan 1945,” “Nagasaki,” and “Gamer Word.” Two are references to the atomic devastation of Japan at the end of World War II, and one is a reference to the popular YouTuber Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg calling an enemy player in PUBG a “fucking n***er.” (It’s a meme now!) Anyway, in the grand scheme of things, this is pretty small potatoes: the West Coast is on fire, QAnon is mainstream now, and the pandemic is getting worse in America even as other countries begin to return to normal — or at least it looks that way from my Instagram feed. All I know is it’s certainly something that America’s armed forces can’t seem to figure out how to recruit teenagers to fight our endless wars abroad without shouting out an anti-Semitic Twitch user! What You Need to Know About Among Us. Among Us – one of the Most Popular Online Game of 2020. (pictured credit: axel 795, Pixabay) If you have teens and you haven’t yet heard of ‘Among Us’ then I guarantee it won’t be long. Among Us is an online deception and strategy game that is having a real moment worldwide. Over the last six months, it has amassed 85 million players on both PC and mobile. In September, it broke the all-time record-setting peak player ceiling on Steam when nearly 400,000 people played it simultaneously and, Google Trends reports that there were 50 times more Google searches for it at the beginning of October, as compared to the beginning of August. What’s The Game About? Among Us is an online multi-player game that is set on a failing spaceship. Suitable for up to 10 players, it has been compared to ‘Murder in the Dark’ or ‘Murder Wink’ – the old-school party game you may have played as children. At the start of the game, you’re advised whether you are a regular crew member or an imposter. Crew mates are tasked with completing small tasks that benefit the spaceship eg cleaning our air-conditioning ducts whereas imposters (between 1-3 players) create havoc on the spaceship and seek out victims to kill – without letting anyone know. Every time a dead body is found, a crewmember will call a meeting to workshop who they think the imposter is. This is one of the few times players can talk to each other. As you can imagine, this can get very heated (and entertaining) as players try to implicate others and remove themselves from focus. All players then vote on who they think the imposter is – and the player with the most votes is ejected from the spaceship’s airlock. Crewmates win by managing to repair the ship and eject all the imposters while the imposter wins by killing all the crewmates before they complete their jobs. Why Has It Become So Popular? Among Us was actually launched in 2018 but to little fanfare. But the planets have aligned for the developers at InnerSloth and it has become one of the biggest online games ever. In fact, it’s so successful that the developers have abandoned plans for a sequel and are instead, investing their resources into perfecting the original. There’s no doubt that pandemic life has contributed to the popularity of Among Us with many touting it as the ultimate group party game. In fact, some believe it brings all the energy and pizazz of board game night – just virtually. It is extremely easy to learn. So, if you aren’t a gamer with years of experience (that’s me) you can absolutely play. This concept has been described by popular YouTube gamer Pegasus as ‘ingenious’ for its simplicity, and praised for its ‘extremely social’ nature. The game is also very well priced. In fact, it’s free on mobile – but you will have to view some ads. And it’s only around $7 on a PC – so much cheaper than anything my kids have played in years! What Parents Are Asking. Is it Suitable? The Classification Board here is Australia gives Among Us a PG rating which means the content is mild in impact. But they do state that PG rated content is ‘not recommended for viewing by people under the age of 15 without guidance from parents, teachers or guardians.’ In Australia, the game is rated as suitable for 9+ on the App Store. On Google Play it is nominated as suitable for ages 10+. The role of the imposter in the game to hunt and murder players is aggressive and violent. Yes, it is a cartoon-like visual which does reduce the impact but there are still bodies left lying around after the deed is done. Parents know their children the best. Absolutely take heed of the advice, but ultimately, you need to decide what’s suitable for them. If you do decide to let your younger children play – or they’ve already discovered it – please talk about violence in video games. Does watching violent images make them feel scared or more aggressive? Do they feel better if they talk about it or, in fact, choose to watch something less violent? Can They Chat With Strangers During The Game? There is opportunity to chat with strangers in the game but it is less than most online games. Players can chat in the online waiting room before a game starts and of course, there is also interaction in the meetings during which the group tries to work out who the imposter is. Enabling the censor chat mode is a good option here – this limits word and aims to block out expletives however I understand that isn’t completely fool proof. But you can choose to play the game offline, locally, which means you play only with people you know. You simply share a generated code with the players you want to join the game. I highly recommend this for younger children and teens or if you want to play the game as a family. The game can be played with as few as four players which makes an offline game far easier to get happening. Does It Share A Positive Message? Both trust and deceit are at the core of this game. Learning who to place your trust in is part of being a successful crewmember in Among Us whilst being a master of deceit will win you the game as an imposter. You could argue that these themes are no different to playing Murder in the Dark or even the old classic Cluedo. However, I would absolutely have a conversation with your kids about the difference between real life and online (or gaming) life. Why not weave it into your dinnertime conversation? My boys are really enjoying playing Among Us, in fact – we have earmarked this weekend for a family game. But please ensure you are comfortable with the game before you give your kids the green light. And if you do, be assured that one of the reasons this game is so popular is because players feel like they are part of a community – and isn’t that what we all need at the moment? Cue Starlord from GOTG Vol. 1. “Finally.” In regards to Earth 2, the evil Superman that appeared in that wasn’t actually Superman. It was the Earth 2 version of Bizarro which I found to be a weaker choice compared to Superman just being turned evil by Darkseid since it took away from interactions with Lois who became the Earth 2 Red Tornado among other characters. The actual Superman, Batman, and Wonder were all killed in that first issue. Now I love Injustice Year One even with the art issues along with Year Two and Year Three. The art is more consistent after the first year. Tom Taylor only did the first half of Year Three before becoming exclusive to Marvel which thankfully ended and then Brian Buccellato finished off Year Three with Tom Taylor’s ideas. Year Two was the war of the Green Lanterns with Hal becoming a Yellow Lantern and Year Three dealt with the magic characters. Tom Taylor wrote a great Constantine in Year Three which made sense years later with later series. Tom Taylor just knows how to write DC characters well. He finally gets to write Superman where I know a lot would prefer Clark, but I’m excited for it. He should have been given Justice League long ago honestly. I would strongly recommend Injustice Year Three Chapters 13 and 14 which was Taylor’s send off before going to Marvel. You see what Superman really wanted to happen and it certainly wasn’t what went down with Injustice. Bruce ends up with Diana which is from the Justice League animated series and Lois lives where they have a daughter, Lara. Superman ends up in a Kingdom Come type costume as Lara grows up. It’s so good. Then Tom Taylor did the Injustice 2 comics set before that game which were very good and had better art than Year One. You see a more modern Bruno Redondo there. The final issue annual as a flashback was great too. If you ever find the time which I know is asking a lot, I would recommend watching the Injustice: Gods Among Us cut scene movie since there is a story. Tom Taylor was just told with the digital comic that Joker is killed by Superman and was responsible for the death of Lois and Metropolis otherwise he was essentially allowed to do what he wanted. Tom Taylor should have been given a Green Arrow and Black Canary comic and does write Harley Quinn very well. I don’t like the voice of Joker in the game. That is for sure. Barry doesn’t just go with Superman in the series compared to everyone else who joined. He does question things even though he was part of Superman’s team and you get the great flashback chapter where you see the original Superman costume. Superman helped that kid with his bike and each physical issue had 3 digital chapters. Year One was the longest from that standpoint. From then on, the physical issues had 2 digital chapters for subsequent years. You can either finish Year Three or jump off after Year Three issue 7 which were chapters 13 and 14 and Superman’s wish for what he wanted. Years Four and Five aren’t worth reading. Then jump to the Injustice 2 comics. Year Four was about the Greek gods and Year Five was just setting up the game. Billy and Barry question things a lot in the video game with what has been done. Superman doesn’t appreciate Billy questioning his methods and Lex as Superman’s best friend is interesting for this world. The Latest: Scotland holds England to 0-0 draw at Euro 2020. England and Scotland played to a 0-0 draw at the European Championship. Both team had chances to score at Wembley Stadium. England defender John Stones hit the post with a header in the 11th minute. Scotland forward Lyndon Dykes then had a shot cleared off the line by Reece James in the 63rd. England has four points in Group D while Scotland has one. Both can still advance to the round of 16. Spain striker Álvaro Morata says it’s normal to be criticized for not scoring goals. Morata was singled out by fans and Spanish media after his misses in the team’s 0-0 draw against Sweden at the European Championship. He says “you can’t please everyone and you have to accept when you are criticized.” The Juventus striker says he will be ready to face Poland on Saturday at La Cartuja Stadium in Seville. Spain coach Luis Enrique has already said Morata will be in the starting lineup again. Morata says “I’ll just keep working as hard as possible. I can’t wait for the match tomorrow.” Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne will make their first starts at the European Championship in Belgium’s final group match against Finland on Monday. Belgium coach Roberto Martinez says Axel Witsel will also play from the start in the game in St. Petersburg. Belgium has already qualified for the knockout stage but Martinez is looking to give three of his most experienced players some extra game time after their recent injury problems. Martinez says “Eden, Kevin and Axel will start against Finland because we need to see how (fit) they are and how long they can play.” Martinez says “it’s an opportunity for us to stretch their match fitness to the maximum level.” Martinez says Nacer Chadli and Thorgan Hazard have “minor injuries” but adds “I’m not worried.” Ivan Perišić scored a second-half equalizer to give Croatia a 1-1 draw against the Czech Republic at the European Championship. Patrik Schick had given his team the lead in the 37th minute from the penalty spot. He scored with blood pouring from his nose after being elbowed in the face by Croatia defender Dejan Lovren. The referee awarded the penalty after a video review. Schick is the leading scorer at Euro 2020 with three goals. The Danish soccer federation says Christian Eriksen has been discharged from the hospital. Eriksen has been in the hospital in Copenhagen since collapsing on the field during his team’s opening match at the European Championship on Saturday. Eriksen says “I am doing well under the circumstances.” The Danish soccer federation previously said that Eriksen will be fitted with an implantable device that can function as both a pacemaker and defibrillator. German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s chief of staff has cautioned soccer fans against traveling to London for the later stages of the European Championship because of fears of a coronavirus resurgence. Helge Braun tells the RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland newspaper group “my major concern is the spreading delta variant.” Braun says fans will have to quarantine for two weeks upon their return to Germany if coming from Britain. COVID-19 infections have declined sharply in Germany over the past few weeks. But health minister Jens Spahn and other officials have pointed to Britain’s experience with the delta variant. That variant has powered another surge of infections in Britain and delayed plans to lift remaining restrictions until July 19. The Euro 2020 semifinals are scheduled to be played at Wembley Stadium in London on July 6 and 7. The final is set for July 11. Braun says “we must remain cautious until everyone has been offered vaccination.” Portugal coach Fernando Santos says his team will be ready for whatever tactical lineup Germany counterpart Joachim Löw opts for on Saturday at the European Championship. Santos says he noted how Löw has been tinkering with changes since Germany’s 6-0 loss to Spain last November. Löw’s 3-4-3 formation in his team’s opening 1-0 loss to France has been the subject of debate in Germany. Many are calling for Joshua Kimmich to be given a more central role. Santos says ”we have to be ready for whatever is thrown at us.” Portugal left back Nuno Mendes will miss the match with a thigh injury. Portugal won its opening game against Hungary and would advance to the round of 16 with another victory. converted a 77th-minute penalty to give Sweden a 1-0 victory over Slovakia and a big chance of reaching the knockout stage at the European Championship. Slovakia goalkeeper Martin Dubravka brought down substitute as the striker ran in on goal after ’s deft flick. Dubravka dived the correct way on Forsberg’s penalty but could not keep it out. Sweden has four points in Group E and that might be enough to qualify. Slovakia has three points after opening with a 2-1 win over Poland. There was only one shot on target in the first half. France goalkeeper Hugo Lloris says heat and noise will be factors when his team faces Hungary on Saturday at the European Championship. Temperatures are expected to reach 33 degrees Celsius (91.4 degrees Fahrenheit) for the afternoon kickoff in Budapest. The veteran goalkeeper says that “heat is an important factor which you have to take into consideration” and he hopes there is a water break. Then there’s the noise at the 67,215-capacity Puskas Arena. Hungary is the only country that allows a full stadium at Euro 2020. Lloris says it will be hard “to talk to a forward and even an attacking midfielder.” Spain coach Luis Enrique says Álvaro Morata will start again when the team faces Poland on Saturday at the European Championship. Morata had been criticized by fans and Spanish media for his misses in the team’s 0-0 draw against Sweden. He had also been ineffective in Spain’s Euro 2020 warm-up match against Portugal. That also ended in a scoreless draw. Luis Enrique says Spain’s starting lineup for the match against Poland will include “Morata and 10 more.” The coach says captain Sergio Busquets is in condition to play on Saturday. Busquets has returned to the squad after being out with COVID-19. Dutch King Willem-Alexander’s visit to an orange-decorated street in The Hague during the European Championship has garnered criticism for mingling a little too closely with soccer fans. The head of the House of Orange visited the street on Thursday as the Netherlands played Austria at the delayed Euro 2020. Caretaker Minister for Medical Care and Sport Tamara van Ark says “we didn’t introduce 1.5-meter social distancing for nothing.” She adds that “you see that it sometimes goes wrong. I think out of enthusiasm.” It is not the first time the Dutch monarch has been criticized during the COVID-19 pandemic. He apologized last year for taking his family on vacation to Greece. The family hurried home after a public outcry. The vacation did not breach coronavirus restrictions but it came just days after the Dutch government introduced what it called a “partial lockdown” in a bid to rein in soaring infections. Switzerland goalkeeper Yann Sommer is back with his national team after visiting his wife and their new-born daughter in Germany. Sommer posted a photo on his Instagram account with the message “Welcome to the family little sister NAYLA.” The family now has two daughters. Sommer flew to Cologne after playing in Rome in Switzerland’s 3-0 loss to Italy. The Swiss soccer federation posted footage of Sommer’s return to training in Rome. The team flies later in the day to Azerbaijan for its final Group A game. Switzerland needs a win over Turkey to advance to the round of 16. is among Sweden’s substitutes for the team’s European Championship match against Slovakia after completing his isolation period following a positive test for the coronavirus. The Juventus winger tested positive for COVID-19 three days before the start of the tournament and missed Sweden’s 0-0 draw against Spain on Monday. Mattias Svanberg was another Sweden player to get the virus ahead of Euro 2020. The midfielder is not ready to play against Slovakia in St. Petersburg. Slovakia defender Denis Vavro will miss the game after testing positive for the virus after checks on Wednesday. Sergio Busquets will rejoin the Spain squad at the European Championship after testing negative for the coronavirus. Busquets had been in isolation since June 6 because of a positive result for COVID-19. The Spanish soccer federation says Busquets latest negative test result came back Thursday so he will be allowed to be back with the team. The federation says he will be in Seville for Saturday’s match against Poland. Spain opened its Euro 2020 campaign with a 0-0 draw against Sweden in Group E. Diego Llorente had also gone into isolation because of the coronavirus but the defender had already rejoined the squad after health officials determined his test result was a false-positive. Busquets is Spain’s most veteran player in the squad. He is the only one left from the World Cup-winning squad in 2010. UEFA is in talks with the British government about allowing foreign fans to fly into London for games in the latter stages of the European Championship. European soccer’s governing body still has a contingency plan which involves taking the semifinals and final to Budapest if an agreement cannot be reached with authorities in London about entry for fans. Plans to lift more coronavirus restrictions in England this month have been paused until July 19. Tourists from all participating countries have to quarantine for at least five days when entering Britain at the moment. The Euro 2020 semifinals and final are scheduled to be played at Wembley Stadium from June 6-11. UEFA says “we understand the pressures that the government face and hope to be able to reach a satisfactory conclusion of our discussions on the matter.” UEFA has already secured a rise in attendance from about 22,000 to at least 40,000 for one round of 16 game, the semifinals and the final at Wembley. England will be back at Wembley Stadium to play its second match of the European Championship on Day 8 of the tournament. The English will face old rival Scotland knowing another victory will give the team a spot in the round of 16. The first match of the day will be between Sweden and Slovakia in St. Petersburg. The Slovaks can advance with a victory. The Czech Republic can also ensure advancement by beating World Cup runner-up Croatia in Glasgow.
