A 35-year-old Cartersville resi- dent was sentenced to 30 years on probation after entering a negoti- ated plea of guilty to two counts of aggravated assault in Bartow Superior Court Tuesday morning. Johnny Wilson Brake also pleaded guilty to one count of family violence battery, one count of cruelty to children in the third degree and two counts of crimi- nal trespass stemming from two separate incidents that occurred in Bartow County.
