BCO.17.12.2. Secret ballot Dougal Mayor MOVED that the Branch Council: 1. Request and agree to a secret ballot for BEC positions requiring a vote. 2. Agree to the destruction of ballot papers once a declaration is made by the President. 3. Agree to the appointment of two youth members, Anita Gregory and Julia Millar to be tellers.

Daryl Scott MOVED that Branch Council, following the recommendation from the Branch Executive Committee, appoint Mr Gavin Brady as an honorary life member of the Scout Association of Australia, Queensland Branch.

Daryl Scott MOVED that the Branch Council, following the recommendation of the Branch Executive Committee, approve the proposed amendments to the Branch Constitution as outlined in the attached Constitution Version 7.
