From the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur, Letter No.6631/2011/F1, dated 04-01-2013. ******* ORDER: In the Government Order first read above, the Government have approved the Notification under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) submitted the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur District for acquisition of 5870 square metres of dry lands in S.No.1218A/1 part and etc., at Elavur Village acquired for the purpose of the construction of Railway Over Bridge in lieu of existing level crossing No.38 in k.m 0/2, Obalapuram – Sunnambukulathur road, at Railway k.m.52/8-10 in between Elavur and Akkampettai Railway Stations. Now the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur has sent Errata proposal to the Notification No.45 published at pages 408-409 of part II, Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 30th November 2011 and requested approval of the Government. 2. The Government after careful examination approve the Errata proposed by the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur and direct that the Notification under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), published at pages 408 -409 of part II Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 30th November 2011 be amended as in the Notification appended to this order. 3. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the notification appended to this order in the next issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and to furnish 25 copies of the Gazette in which the notification is published to Government in Highways and Minor Ports Department and the District Revenue Officer, Thiruvallur District. APPENDIX NOTIFICATION The following Errata is issued for the Publication of Public Notice under 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) for the acquisition of lands in Elavur Village in the Taluk of Gummidipoondi, for the construction of Railway Over Bridge in lieu of existing level crossing No.38 in km 0/2, Obalapuram - Sunnambukulathur road at Railway km 52/8-10 in between Elavur and Akkampettai Railway Stations in Thiruvallur District, which was Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Part II, Section 2, Issue No.45, dated 30-11-11, page Nos.408-409. ERRATA District : Thiruvallur Taluk: Gummidipoondi Village: Elavur In the said notification, for the entries against Survey No.1218A/1 part extent measuring 1210 sq.mts. shall be read as 2100 sq.mts.
