Approximately 100-130 on-ice practices (Skills, Skating, Systems, Positional development, and small ice games) . 50-55 Games, CSSHL League play, US Trip, exhibition games, and 1-3 Tournaments Dry-land Training 2-4 times per week . No, It is separate from the Minor Hockey association - Players do NOT have to be members nor pay monthly dues associated with BWC . Burnaby Winter Club together with Burnaby Central Secondary School have joined forces to create an elite hockey academy. Will the team be 100% picked in May-June after tryouts . That is the plan. No, Students only need to attend Burnaby Central Secondary How many players on the roster? . CSSHL rules state 19 players on the roster. This team will likely go with 11 Forwards, 6 Defence, and 2 Goalies. Can I affiliate with Junior teams? . You CAN Affiliate with Junior B and BCHL teams. All Elite 15 players will be affiliated with the U18 prep team What about Gear Storage? . The Team will be providing equipment storage at the Burnaby Winterclub How will Players get from Burnaby Central to Burnaby Winterclub
