9.ORGANIZATION CHART

10  The Class committee consisting of various sections of students meets at least thrice per semester under a Chairman and discusses about the Student Feedback mechanism on faculty and institutional Institutional Governance / faculty governance performance  After first monthly & before end of semester, computerized feed backs from all students on all theory and laboratory subjects are collected and are then reviewed by HOD / Principal.

Consultancy An amount of Rs 10,10,000 was received through three consultancy activities projects for the benefit of industry.

An amount of Rs. 9,50,000 was sanctioned under MODROBS scheme by AICTE for the “Modernization of the Metallurgy Lab”. An amount of Rs. 12,00,000 was sanctioned by AICTE for the research project “Experimental Investigation and Characterization of Squeeze Casting of Composite Materials” under research promotion scheme. An amount of Rs 4,70,000 was sanctioned under UGC Minor research scheme for the project titled "Effect of reinforcement on a356 aluminium alloy with fly ash/sicp hybrid Grants fetched metal matrix composite using squeeze casting route"

· A student project proposal titled “Advanced Internal Combustion Diesel Departmental Engine Using Oxygen Enrichment” has been sent to PSG-STEP for a grant achievements of Rs. 96,500. The first review of the project was over. The project has won many awards in contests held at IIT-Roorkee, BITS-Pillani,etc.Application for obtaining patent for this project has been done (Application No. : 2265/CHE/2008).
