The Charleston Chronicle Respect Others, Work Hard, Challenge Ourselves. www.charlestonacademy.co.uk Thursday, 31st of October, 2019

Foreword: Hello and welcome to the second issue of The Charleston Chronicle! After the excellent response to our inaugural issue, we knew that we had an audience to provide for - and so we’ve been working hard to produce another issue that you all will (hopefully) love. We bring this October edition to you on the 31st instead of the date that we had originally planned, the 28th - this was due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control and we can only apologise. However, Halloween is as good a time as any to publish. To mark the occasion, we’ve got some seriously spooky content lined up for you; from the latest Brexit news to fun bakes you can do at home! I hope you had a lovely holiday, and I hope you enjoy this month’s issue - be sure to keep your eyes peeled for November’s issue! - Katie Gillies (5L1), Co-Editor-in-Chief.
