Summary of Consultation with Parish Councils Appendix DD to the Response Submitted for Deadline I Application Reference: EN010053 Summary of Consultation with Parish Councils Appendix DD to the Response submitted for Deadline I Application Reference: EN010053 15 July 2015 i Appendix DD: Summary of Consultation with Parish Councils This note provides information about the consultation which took place between the Applicant and the Parish Councils listed in Table 1 below during pre-application consultation. The Applicant can confirm it also notified all of those Parish Councils listed in Table 1 when it provided notice of acceptance of the Application in accordance with section 56 of the Planning Act 2008. Forty-two Parish Councils have been directly consulted throughout the pre- application process and notified of acceptance of the Application in accordance with section 56 of the Planning Act 2008. These Parish Councils are listed in the table below. Table 2 below identifies each of those Parishes, and the Local Authority areas they fall within. Of these families, 53 came from the corner of southeast Cornwall that lies within 20 miles of Plymouth; 13 came from elsewhere in Cornwall and 7 from outside the county. All those from outside the county are the ancestors of my mother, Florence Maud Clarke. All of those of my father were from Cornwall But in addition to the above 73 names we know another 23 probable ones. These are the family names of the ancestors of Jane Coode, who married William Lee (1535?-1607) and had a daughter Jane. This Jane I believe, but cannot prove conclusively, is the Jane Lee who is recorded in the Parish Records of Quethiock Church as marrying in 1581 my 8th greatgrandfather John, the nephew of William Lee. If so, then the ancestors of Jane Coade are mine too. The Coades were armigerous gentry and so their family trees were recorded by the Heralds during their Visitations to Cornwall in 1530,1573 & 1620 and are listed by J.L.Vivien in his publication of 1887, `Heraldic Visitations of Cornwall`, of which I was able to purchase an original copy from the Antique Booksellers in Bristol.

This document contained maps showing the degree of flood risk hazard which would arise from the failure of tidal flooding defences, and this is referred to as breach inundation events. This modelling takes account of climate change up to 2115. At the time of the publication of the SFRA, the Environment Agency (EA) was undertaking additional modelling. This modelling became available to the Council during November 2011 at the time that the SFRA was published. The SFRA maps were therefore based on older data. The Council uses breach hazard mapping to inform planning decisions. This addendum provides the Level 2 assessment November 2011 breach hazard maps, and maps showing the depth of water that would be expected should breach events occur. These maps should be read in conjunction with the standing advice contained within the SFRA. All maps show event with a 1 in 200 year or less (0.5%) annual probability of occurring. Breach Hazard Map 1 | Breach Depth Map 1 Immingham and Estuary Area This map covers the following settlements: Immingham, Habrough, Stallingborough, Healing, and Great Coates (part). Breach Hazard Map 2 | Breach Depth Map 2 Grimsby and Cleethorpes Area This map covers the following settlements: Grimsby, Cleethorpes (north), and Great Coates.
