You are duly summoned to the Planning Sub Committee Meeting of the Parish Council that will take place on Thursday 28th February 2019 at the Andrew Hall, Shipley commencing at 8:00pm

Members of the public are welcome to attend this meeting and speak for a maximum of three minutes about an item on the agenda for this meeting during the Public Session at the discretion of the Chair.

1. Attendance and Apologies for Absence Recommendation: To accept apologies and reasons for absence.

2. Public Session (Members of the Public may speak for up to 3 minutes at the discretion of the Chair). Recommendation: To note any comments.

3. To Receive Declarations of Interest, Notification of Changes to Members’ Interests and consider any requests for a dispensation. Recommendation: To receive any declarations of interests from members in respect to Items on the agenda.

4. Approval of the Minutes of the Planning Sub-Committee meeting held 28th January 2019 Recommendation – the Sub-Committee to approve and the Chair to sign as a correct record the Minutes of the Planning Sub-Committee meeting held on 28th January 2019.

5. Planning Applications  DC/19/0319 - Wincaves Farm, Road, - Erection of an equestrian building (NOT IN SHIPLEY PARISH but comments required);  DC/19/0382 - The Old Forge, Stores and Yard, Road, - Application to confirm the continuous use of land for B8 Storage and Distribution purposes for a period in excess of ten years (Certificate of Lawful Development - Existing); and  DC/19/0399 - Wood Cottage, Emms Lane, - Erection of a detached chalet style dwelling with integral garage. Recommendation: Review and comment on planning applications and submit responses to District Council.

6. Planning Decisions – review outcomes of recent planning applications Recommendation: Note decisions made by Council.

7. Date of next meeting The next Planning Sub-Committee Meeting will be held on Thursday 4th April 2019 at the Coolham Village Hall commencing 8pm
