XM is the Official Satellite Radio Network of Major League Baseball. Starting with the 2005 season, XM will be broadcasting games for every MLB team with play-by-play commentary from the teams' local announcers. In addition, in collaboration with MLB, this spring XM will debut a dedicated 24/7 Major League Baseball channel featuring original programming and classic MLB broadcasts throughout the season. Kevin Kennedy, the long-time television anchor for FOX's baseball coverage and the former manager of the Boston Red Sox and Texas Rangers, will host an exclusive show on XM's 24/7 Major League Baseball channel beginning this spring.
