Read Ebook {PDF EPUB} Temptations Box Set by Kristin Michelle Adams Tony Awards 2019: Complete Winners List, From ‘Hadestown’ to ‘The Ferryman’ The new musical “Hadestown” emerged as the hellishly big winner at Sunday’s Tony Awards, picking up eight prizes, including for director Rachel Chavkin, composer Anaïs Mitchell and featured actor André De Shields. Meanwhile, Jez Butterworth’s Irish-set drama “The Ferryman” earned four awards, including Best Play as well as one for director Sam Mendes. “Glee” alum Ali Stroker made history as the first actor in a wheelchair to win the Tony Award, for her turn as the flirty Ado Annie in the Best Musical Revival winner “Oklahoma!” “This award is for every kid who has a disability, a limitation or a challenge who has been waiting to see themselves represented in this arena,” she said just minutes after belting out “I Cain’t Say No” from the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic. At 87, Elaine May won her first acting Tony for her lead performance in the Kenneth Lonergan revival “The Waverly Gallery,” while Bryan Cranston pulled off an upset for his role as newscaster Howard Beale in “Network.” (Many had expected Jeff Daniels to win his first Tony for playing Atticus Finch in Aaron Sorkin’s “To Kill a Mockingbird.) Tony-winning CBS late-night host James Corden hosted Sunday’s ceremony, broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The American Theatre Wing previously announced special Tony Awards for musical director and arranger Jason Michael Webb; the late actress and advocate Marin Mazzie; and Sonny Tilders and Creature Technology Company, the creators of the giant Kong puppet in the new “King Kong” musical. This book is like a trifecta of fail. Boring, factually incorrect, and the grammar is pitiful. But I got to use the word trifecta, so that’s nice. 200+ people named Kristin Adams living in the US.
