Course Information/Registration Course Location: Hyatt Regency – The Wynfrey Hotel, Riverchase Galleria, Birmingham, Alabama Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved for this meeting. Reservations MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN Monday, January 21, 2019 by directly calling the hotel at 1-800-233-1234 or online by using the web link that will be listed on the Progress Website in November. Guestroom rates for this meeting are $145 single/double (plus applicable state / local taxes). An additional charge will be assessed on all occupied rooms that exceed double occupancy. Please mention the UAB Progress in Ob/Gyn conference when scheduling by phone to receive the conference discount. Registered Guest Parking: Self-Parking: $8 up to 9 hours | $12 up to 24 hours; Valet: $12 up to 9 hours | $18 up to 24 hours. Complimentary parking is available at the Riverchase Galleria (outside of the hotel property). Meeting Registration: There are no hardcopy registration forms available. All registrations must be completed using the online system: https://www.uab.edu/medicine/obgynresidency/progress-in-obgyn. Early registration ends January 28, 2019. Late or onsite registration costs an additional $30. Payment Methods: Both credit card and check payments are accepted. CHECK payments must be received by January 28, 2019. If not received by that date, you will be required to pay the late fee onsite to complete your registration. So, please, mail your checks early! Registration Confirmation: An automated registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. For those paying with a check, once your check is received then a payment confirmation will be sent to the email provided. Cancellation: There will be a $50 cancellation fee if the request is received prior to Friday, February 8, 2019, after which time there are no refunds. FEE SCHEDULE
