Services are easily reached on foot and by car one can quickly reach the most beautiful cities dot- ting the shores of Garda in less than one hour (Padenghe, Gardone, Peschiera, Limone…). Other cities of Northern Italy are nonetheless reached in less than two hours (Verona, Iseo, Mantova, Trento, Milan, Venice…). The closest airport is the one in Verona (47km; 45’) but the terminals in Milan, Venice and Bolo- gna are equally convenient.

The villa (1,255 sqm – 13,504 sqft), with its L shape, is laid over three floors, currently split into five apartments for a total of 8 bedrooms.
