(3) No. 28-22/2012-Ay (PGD), dated the 22nd May, 2013, publishing the Indian Medicine Central Council (Post-graduate Diploma Course) Amendment Regulations, 2013. (4) No. 28-14/2011-Ay (UG Regu), dated the 26th April, 2012, publishing the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of Education in Indian Medicine) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, along with delay statement. 3. A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers:— (a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi, for the year 2011-12, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts. (b) Review by Government on the working of the above Council. (c) Statement giving reasons for the delay in laying the papers mentioned at (a) above.

Message from — Reported Secretary-General reported to the House, a message from Lok Sabha informing Rajya Sabha that Lok Sabha at its sitting held on the 5th of August, 2013, had adopted the following Motion:— “That this House do recommend to Rajya Sabha that Rajya Sabha do appoint two members of Rajya Sabha to the Joint Parliamentary Committee to examine matters relating to allocation and pricing of telecom licences and spectrum (JPC) in the vacancies caused by the retirement of Shri Tiruchi Siva from Rajya Sabha and resignation of Dr. E.M. Sudarsana Natchiappan, M.P. from the JPC and communicate to this House the names of the Members so appointed by Rajya Sabha to the JPC.”

6. Report of the Committee on Petitions

Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari presented the Hundred and Forty-fifth Report (in English and Hindi) of the Committee on Petitions on the petition praying for protection of interest of bonafide Indian nationals residing in Sikkim prior to its merger with India in 1975.

7. Report of the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare

Shri H. K. Dua presented the Seventy-first Report (in English and Hindi) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health and Family Welfare on the Functioning of Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS).

Shri Ananda Bhaskar Rapolu presented the following Reports* (in English and Hindi) of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industry:— (i) Two Hundred and Forty-fifth Report on Review of the Implementation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act., 2006 pertaining to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; (ii) Two Hundred and Forty-sixth Report on Revival of Nagaland Pulp and Paper Co. Ltd. pertaining to the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises (Department of Heavy Industry); (iii) Two Hundred and Forty-seventh Report on Implementation of Interest Subsidy Eligibility Certification (ISEC) Scheme pertaining to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; (iv) Two Hundred and Forty-eighth Report on Capacity Addition and Expansion of Manufacturing Facilities of the Madras Fertilizers Ltd. pertaining to the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers); (v) Two Hundred and Forty-ninth Report on Revival and Restructuring of the Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd. pertaining to the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Fertilizers); (vi) Two Hundred and Fiftieth Report on Impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Multi-Brand Retail, on MSME Sector pertaining to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; and

9. Reports of the Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Energy

Shri Motilal Vora laid on the Table, a copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Reports# of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Energy:— (i) Thirty-sixth Report on ‘International Cooperation in New and Renewable Energy Sector’ pertaining to the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy; and (ii) Thirty-seventh Report on ‘Development of National Grid’ pertaining to the Ministry of Power.

12-04 p.m. 10. Recommendations of the Business Advisory Committee The Deputy Chairman announced the recommendations made by the Business Advisory Committee in its meeting held on the 5th of August, 2013.

12-06 p.m. 11. Motion for Election to each of the six new All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) set up at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh

A motion for election of one Member to each of the six new All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) set up at Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur and Rishikesh, was moved and adopted.

# The Reports were presented to the Speaker, Lok Sabha on 25th May, 2013 and to the Chairman, Rajya Sabha on 10th July, 2013 respectively.
