uwgsports.com • 8 • Instagram: uwgsports • @UWGAthletics 2015 GAME NOTES UWG vs. VSU 2015 UWG Uniform Combinations The West Georgia Wolves have changed the game for uniforms under head coach Will Hall, as one of the first changes that he brought was to move from the signature red helmets to white last season.

At the same time, the Wolves as an entire athletic department signed with a new apparel company that gave Hall and his staff the oppor- tunity to bring Nike uniforms to University Stadium for the first time last year. In that first year, the Wolves wore six different uniform combina- tions, repeating the combination of vs. Fayetteville State - Blue/Red vs. Clark Atlanta - Blue/White at Catawba - White/Red vs. Miles - Blue/Gray Blue/Grey and Blue/White at home. The Wolves have only gone with Blue/Blue once, and this season add- ed the red pants to the uniform.

Hall has brought out the red pants twice this season, opening the year with White/Red, then taking on Fay- etteville State in Blue/Red. In both seasons, West Georgia has opened the home season with Blue/Grey, but ? ? ? the red pants in week three was a change from the series last year.

Against West Alabama this past weekend, Hall and his staff brought out the uniform that was worn at West Alabama - White/Blue vs. Valdosta State at Delta State vs. North Alabama during every week of the 2014 playoffs for the Wolves, going with the White/Blue uniforms to open the 2015 Gulf South Conference season.

The two possible solid color uniforms of White/White and Blue/Blue have only been worn once. The Wolves wore Blue/Blue against West Ala- bama in the GSC opener last season. West Georgia went to White/White ? ? ? at Valdosta State in the first meeting between the two teams last year and have not gone back since. But uniform combination has definitely become something that UWG fans at Miss. College at Florida Tech vs. Shorter speculate about each week.
