28 Apr - Tue : Singapore  Sarajevo . Assemble at the Singapore Changi Airport at 11.30pm for a departure flight to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Day 1 (29 Apr - Wed) : Sarajevo - Mostar - Dubrovnik (Dinner) Upon arrival at Sarajevo Airport, meet & greet by the tour guide. Start the Sarajevo city tour, visit Olympic Stadium, the picturesque Turkish Bazaar “Bascarsija”, more than 600 years old Husref Bay’s Mosque, old Bosnian style house Svrzo’s House and Gavrilo Princip Museum. Proceed to Mostar. Mostar is situated on the Neretva River and is the fifth-largest city in the country. Mostar was named after the Bridge Keepers (Mostari) who in the medieval times guarded the Stari Most (Old Bridge) over the Neretva. The Old Bridge, built by the Ottomans in the 16th century, is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most recognizable landmarks, and is considered one of the most exemplary pieces of Islamic architecture in the Balkans. Continue to Dubrovnik for overnight.

Day 2 (30 Apr - Thu) : Dubrovnik (Breakfast / Lunch) After hotel breakfast, proceed to Dubrovnik city tour. Exploring will start with the walking tour of the city which is on UNESCO’s List of Cultural Heritage. This ancient town, surrounded by ramparts and fortresses, is a treasure trove of architectural and cultural master places, scrupulously preserved over the centuries. The ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’, a standout attraction and perfectly preserved baroque city state, to see the finest sites of the Old Walled City. Free time for individual activities or shopping. Day 3 (01 May - Fri) : Dubrovnik - - - Dubrovnik (Breakfast / Lunch) After hotel breakfast, heading to Perast. Visit Our Lady of the Rocks, one of the two islets off the coast of Perast in , Montenegro (the other being Sveti Đorđe Island). It is an artificial island created by bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. The Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Rocks is the largest building on the islet; it has a museum attached. There is also a small gift shop close to the church and navigation light at the western end of the islet. Proceed to Kotor, a coastal town in Montenegro. The old Mediterranean port of Kotor is surrounded by fortifications built during the Venetian period. It is located on the Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea. Some have called it the southern-most fjord in Europe, but it is a ria, a submerged river canyon. Together with the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen, Kotor and its surrounding area form an impressive and picturesque Mediterranean landscape. Transfer back to Dubrovnik.

Day 4 (02 May - Sat) : Dubrovnik - Ston - Split - Zadar (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, proceed to Ston. Experience 45 mins Boat Trip in the Mali Ston Bay and includes visit to a Shellfish Farm with tasting and a presentation of the cultivation and its history, oyster and mussel tasting on the boat. Continue to Split, one of Dalmatia's liveliest towns and largest shopping centres. It is really a treat to look at shop windows along the narrow streets. Enjoy tour of the oldest part of Split, the 3rd century Diocletian Palace where we will see the Cellars, the Peristil, the Golden and Silver Gates, the Cathedral (Mausoleum of Emperor Diocletian), the Temple of Jupiter and other historic and interesting sights. The visit to the old part of the city is followed by time at leisure for shopping, strolling and general enjoyment. Heading to Zadar for overnight.

Day 5 (03 May - Sun) : Zadar - Plitvice - Opatija (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, heading to Plitvice. The UNESCO listed Plitvice Lakes lie amidst the greenery of hilly Croatian countryside. We visit the stunning wonderland of 16 lakes flanked by thundering waterfalls and primeval forest. In a valley between high forested mountains lie, one below another, 16 beautiful lakes of crystal blue-green colour. Transfer to Opatija for overnight.

Day 6 (04 May - Mon) : Opatija - Rovinj - Bled (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, proceed to Rovinj a city in Croatia situated on the north Adriatic Sea. Rovinj is a popular tourist resort and an active fishing port. Heading to Bled for overnight.

Day 7 (05 May - Tue) : Bled - Vogel - Ljubljana (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, start the sightseeing tour in Bled, the charming town with the lakeshore and imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake with a view of romantic little island with its church and mysterious wishing bell. Experience the Traditional Pletna Boat Ride & visit the St Mary Church on Bled Island. Proceed to Vogel. Enjoy the Vogel scenery by taking the Cable Car. The Vintgar Gorge or Bled Gorge is a 1.6-kilometer gorge in northwestern Slovenia in the municipalities of Gorje and Bled, four kilometers northwest of Bled. Carved by the Radovna River, it is the continuation of the Radovna Valley. The sheer canyon walls are 50 to 100 meters high, with a total slope measuring about 250 m. The stream has created many erosive features such as pools and rapids, and terminates in the picturesque 13 m Šum Falls (literally, 'noisy falls'), the largest river waterfall in Slovenia. Continue to Ljubljana, take a walk through the elegant Baroque Streets and over the picturesque Triple and Dragon Bridge, take a look at the beautiful churches, St Nicholas Cathedral and take some time to enjoy the atmosphere of the squares and riverbanks.

Day 8 (06 May - Wed) : Ljubljana - Postojna Cave - Predjama Castle - Zagreb . (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, heading to Postojna Cave for a visit to the breathtaking cave system, the two million years old, 27 km long system of subterranean caves is one of the most easily accessible networks of underground caves in the world. A ride by electrical train will be followed by a guided walk through a series of cave halls with drop stones, pillars and translucent curtains that create unforgettable impressions. The underworld system is a home to the mysterious, unique subterranean amphibian Proteus Anguinus, or “human fish” as it is popularly called here. Transfer to Predjama Castle, a Renaissance castle built within a cave mouth in south-central Slovenia, in the historical region of Inner Carniola. It is located in the village of Predjama, approximately 11 kilometres from the town of Postojna and 9 kilometres from Postojna Cave. Proceed to Zagreb for overnight.

Day 9 (07 May - Thu) : Zagreb (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) After hotel breakfast, visit Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, is a remarkable city of many faces. On a guided tour, we walk through the three historic parts of Zagreb, the Medieval Upper Town (Gornji Grad), Kaptol, and Monumental Lower Town (Donji Grad). Free time to enjoy the lively pulse of the city & shopping.

Day 10 (08 May - Fri) : Zagreb  Singapore (Breakfast) After hotel breakfast, free at leisure. Transfer to the Zagreb Airport for your flight home. Home sweet home!
