ln connection with General Election to LA Constituencies 2021, to ensure Anti Defacement activities by complying Guidelines of Election commission of lndia Vide read (2) above, Smt. C Lethika, Revenue Divisional Officer, lrinjalakuda (Mobile No: 9446869815) were appointed as Nodal Officer for Anti Defacement and subsequently LA Constituency wise Anti Defacement Squads were constituted in district. Vide read (4) above, Nodal Officer Anti defacement & Revenue Divisional Officer, lrinjalakuda has informed that Team leader of Anti Defacement Squad in O73 Kodungallur LAC Sri Prasad K R, Health lnspector, Grade ll, Chalakudy Municipality is leave due to medical grounds and subsequently requested for change of Officer. Considering request following modifications are done with immediate effect.
