Lending Team (IMLT) – a specialist unit that investigate and prosecute loan sharks – worked with local people, including a number of Great Places customers, and local artist Shane Johnstone to create a fish themed mural which warns others against borrowing from loan sharks. The mural was funded using proceeds of crime money and highlights the dangers of using loan sharks as well as promoting the help and support available to victims.
