Student should view their 2nd semester schedule in Home Access under the “Class” icon, then the “Schedule” tab. There will be no paper schedules printed out for 2nd semester! 2nd Semester Schedule Changes: Students should review 2nd semester schedules on Home Access Center. The elective change deadline was April 15, 2016. The classes listed on your original schedule card will not be changed unless they meet the following criteria: • There is a hole in your schedule (you are short a class and have nowhere to go that period). • You have been placed into a class you did not request (first choice or alternate). • You are scheduled in a class in which you already have credit. • You have 2 or more of the same periods (2 classes 4th period, etc.). • You have decided not to participate in football, band, color guard, or another program, or you have decided to participate in one of these programs. Requires coach and parent approval. • You are currently not doing well in a Pre-AP/AP class and would like to be changed to on-level. If there is an adjustment that needs to be made to your schedule, please pick up a schedule change form from the IHS counseling of- fice. All completed schedule change forms are due back to the coun- seling office by Wednesday, January 11th at 4:30 pm. No late forms will be accepted!
