Pledge Program.Indd Welcome new Pledges, All new initiates must abide by the following house rules. Proper audience etiquette is required. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action which may include contacting your parent or guardian and possible expulsion. 1. When laughing, please cover your mouth discreetly. 2. Chortles and guff aws are allowed. Snorting and sarcasm are not. 3. Ladies may remove their gloves but keep them at the ready. 4. No hand holding or shoulder touching will be tolerated. Save that for marriage. 5. Gentlemen - any humor of a political or technical nature may be explained to your date at intermission. 6. Any unchaperoned young ladies will be discreetly removed. Respectfully, Gladys Hump House Mother Karen is a Groundlings Alum who is thrilled to be directing this show. She directed numerous Main show revues & Sunday shows throughout the years. Most recently recurred on ALMOST PERIOD on Comedy Central. TV credits include TWO BROKE GIRLS, SHAMELESS, ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, RAISING HOPE, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, THE NEIGHBORS, NIP/ TUCK,YOUNG AND HUNGRY, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY?. Film appearances include THE CAMPAIGN, THE BUCKET LIST and PULP FICTION. VO credits heard on THE SIMPSONS, AMERICAN DAD, FUTURAMA, Karen KING OF THE HILL, JUSTICE LEAGUE and HEAVY Maruyama GEAR. She directs THE BLACK VERSION at Largo at the Coronet which originated at The Groundlings. (Director) She also is part of the directing faculty at the American Film Institute. Scott Beehner’s television appearances include CASUAL, EXTANT, NCIS, MODERN FAMILY, WORKAHOLICS, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, HART OF DIXIE, SUPER FUN NIGHT, UP ALL NIGHT, PERFECT COUPLES, MAD LOVE, WORST WEEK, ZEKE & LUTHER, THUNDERMANS and THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Film credits include GANGSTER SQUAD, Woody Allen’s SWEET AND LOWDOWN, Whit Stillman’s THE LAST DAYS OF DISCO and TOMCATS. Originally from Scott Omaha, Nebraska, Scott is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City and the Actors Studio Beehner MFA Program. Lauren’s TV credits include 2 BROKE GIRLS, MIGHTY MED, GO ON, WHITNEY, and WEEDS. She has appeared in numerous commercials, independent fi lms, and has performed with UCB in LA and Killing My Lobster in SF. She co-created a popular web series about motherhood called TODAY IN THE PARK. She attended the Stella Adler Conservatory in the Big Apple. Lauren loves The Groundlings and she loves you too. Lauren Burns Tony is totally rad, but mainly because of his hilarious family and friends. He stars as Dewey Finn in Nickelodeon’s SCHOOL OF ROCK. Some of his other credits include HART OF DIXIE, TWO BROKE GIRLS, MODERN FAMILY, and THE DUFF. He is an Eagle Scout, a Black Belt, and a proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute. Tony has performed in the Montreal Just For Laughs comedy festival and written for the CBS Diversity Showcase. He’s super grateful for his wife Annie and their three Tony rescue pups, Lucy, Tippi, and Maggie! Cavalero Matt can be seen on the CBS Comedy MAN WITH A PLAN starting this fall. Other TV credits: CLIPPED, THE COMEBACK, MARON, MOM, 2 BROKE GIRLS, WHITNEY, AUSTIN & ALLY, KICKIN’ IT, HARRY’S LAW, TRUE BLOOD, and CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM. Matt is a pup- peteer in FAIRY TALE THEATRE: 18 & OVER which played in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last summer. Matt received his BA from Rider University. He grew up on the Jersey shore and although he lived a block and a half from the beach he spent most of his time indoors play- ing Sega Genesis. Matt is a member of the Dungeons & Dragons podcast CRIT JUICE and Matt still plays a lot of video games (like a real indoor Cook kid). Matt is thrilled to be a member of the Groundlings Main Company! Laurel grew up on the East Coast, went to Colby College in Maine followed by the Circle in the Square Acting Conservatory in New York City. Before moving to Los Angeles, Laurel studied and performed comedy in Chicago at Second City and ImprovOlympic. She also spent a year performing with Boom Chicago in Amsterdam. She can be seen in the movie CRAZY, STUPID, LOVE and on TV shows including ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT, MODERN FAMILY, THE OFFICE, 2 BROKE GIRLS, HOT IN CLEVELAND and WORKAHOLICS. Laurel also Laurel plays the character “Jan” in a series of Toyota commercials. And she is a co-creator of The Coppock BreakWomb, a web series on YouTube. H Michael is currently playing the role of Josh on Comedy Central’s REVIEW and voicing multiple characters on the Disney animated show PICKLE AND PEANUT. Other credits include CLIPPED, IDIOTSITTER, NOW WE KNOW, WORKAHOLICS, MOM, DON’T TRUST THE B IN APT 23, HOT IN CLEVELAND, ZEKE AND LUTHOR, and HEROES. H Michael Croner Mikey is currently a writer for SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and MAYA & MARTY. Google Image Mikey for steamy nude pics! Mikey Day Allison can be seen in upcoming features BROWSE and THE REPAIRMAN, and recent tv credits include MODERN FAMILY, ANGIE TRIBECA, and CRAZY EX GIRLFRIEND. Allison is currently working with Howler TV on an improvised series set in the world of her burlesque show, SMOKESHOW, which performs monthly at Harvelle’s in Santa Monica. You can see the pilot of SMOKESHOW on Howler.tv It would be way cool if you checked it out. Special skills: cornholeing profi cient, tiny tot gymnastics, Irish Allison exits. Dunbar Josh is thrilled to be a member of the Main Company. His TV and Film Credits include, PARKS AND RECREATION, WORKAHOLICS, TEEN WOLF, BONES, CONAN, JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE, GAMESHAKERS, IN LIVING COLOR REBOOT, TED, ALLEGIANT: PART 1, THE FIRST TIME, BUCKY AND THE SQUIRRELS, and BACKUP BOYFRIEND. Josh is from Santa Barbara and is a graduate of the BFA acting program at USC. He can be seen performing with his groups Trust Fall and Frenemies. Talk to him Josh about dogs or the Dodgers and he will be happy! Duvendeck TV credits include: RAISING HOPE, THE COMEBACK, SUPER FUN NIGHT, DOIN’ IT YOURSELF, GOGO BOY INTERRUPTED, and MAD TV. Chris created and produced the sold out YOU PAID TO DIE TONIGHT and THE GALE for The Groundlings Theatre. He is a graduate of The American Academy Of Dramatic Arts and a lifelong member of the California club, having been born and raised in NorCal, which is hella cool. His dad and brother are U.S. Marines and Chris he wears wigs for a living. What a life! Eckert Andrew Friedman’s fi lm credits include: IDENTITY THIEF, WALK OF SHAME, CASUAL ENCOUNTERS (Traverse Media), MAX PAYNE, LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD, CLOSING ESCROW (Magnolia Pictures), MY SUPER EX-GIRLFRIEND, THE BROTHERS SOLOMON, IT’S US and the upcoming TANGOBORN MENCLENTY, written and directed by Groundlings alum Ted Michaels. He recently worked on Friedman Nasim Pedrad Fox pilot, CHAD. Andrew has been a Groundlings company member for 11 years. Heidi hails from Kansas City, Missouri (Missouri, not Kansas! Sorry if that was aggressive). She likes to think her early character work as an adolescent prank caller prepared her for a life in sketch comedy. She is also an avid sports fan. Go Chiefs! Go Royals! Go Lebron! When she’s not watching sports, she’s playing with her cats. Go Tweaky! Go Cubby Bear! Go Marshall! She is currently writing and performing on the television show, SUPERMANSION on Sony’s Crackle Heidi network. Gardner After growing up on the central coast of Maine, Ryan moved south and attended Stonehill College outside of Boston, Ma. Following a brief career as an offi ce supply salesman, Ryan decided he would start calling himself an actor. Then, he started acting. Ryan’s television credits include SUPERSTORE, HOUSE OF LIES, MODERN FAMILY, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA, 2 BROKE GIRLS and BAJILLION DOLLAR PROPERTIES. Film credits include IDENTITY THIEF, SPACE STATION 76 and the upcoming BASTARDS and Ryan MASCOTS. His parents still think he is “visiting” Gaul Los Angeles. After graduating from Indiana University Patty moved to Los Angeles to work on THE SHOWBIZ SHOW WITH DAVID SPADE. Her most recent acting credits include HASHTAGGERS on E!, THE MIDDLE, 2 BROKE GIRLS, TOSH.0, WEB THERAPY (Showtime), SPOILS BEFORE DYING (IFC), the fi lm CASA DE MI PADRE, and BRICK NOVAX’S DIARY (Sundance Award Winning Short in which she voiced all the female characters). Patty and her writing partner Sofi a Gonzalez just wrapped up staff writing and Patty acting on Season 2 of BARELY FAMOUS. Look out for her playing the role of Patty (a whore Guggenheim nanny) when the show drops on VH1 in May! Kiel is from beautiful Chico, California. He spent his childhood acting in every community theater production he could get his mom to drive him to. This zest for “the craft” led him to UCLA where he studied and learned a whole lot more about it. Then, after cutting his comedy teeth with stand up comedy, Kiel enrolled in the Groundlings school. He is now extremely proud to say he is a member of the Main Company. Kiel currently writes for the show SUPERMANSION, and is a producer for the Kiel Youth in Action Film Collaboration. Kennedy Kevin’s television credits include MODERN FAMILY, LAST MAN STANDING, UP ALL NIGHT, and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, as well as recurring roles on GREEK, and SVETLANA.

    ‘FIXING PETE’ CAST BIOS BROOKE BURNS (Ashley) – Brooke Burns, host of Oxygen Network‘s ―Hair Battle Spectacular,‖ was born in Dallas, TX. The middle child of three siblings, her mother encouraged her from a young age to pursue her dream, which, since kindergarten, was to become a ballerina. As a teenager, she showed great promise as a professional ballet dancer, but her career was abruptly ended at age 14 after a ski accident. She is a natural athlete and a talented swimmer, having been trained by her father, a former national champion swimmer at Southern Methodist University. Burns got into acting in 1996, when she played Peg in the TV series ―Out of the Blue.‖ She went on to guest star in several episodes of ―Ally McBeal‖ and then moved on to play Jessie Owens in ―Baywatch.‖ Burns broke onto the silver screen when she acted opposite Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow in ―Shallow Hal.‖ She also played Jan Lambert in ―Single White Female 2: The Psycho‖ alongside Allison Lange and Todd Babcock. Burns also played Kathy Dinkle in ―Pepper Dennis‖ and starred in ―Urban Decay.‖ For two summer seasons in 2002 and 2003, Burns hosted the American version of the ―Dog Eat Dog‖ game show, for which she was nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
