FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANCE MINIMUMS Any Groups under 20 guests will incur an applied surcharge per meal period MEAL PERIODS: All meal periods are broken into a two-hour increment with the exception of receptions and dinners ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES: After the two hour meal plan, overtime will be applied at the prevailing hourly rate per server, per hour for breakfast, breaks and lunches. Overtime charges will also be applied for receptions and dinners. A 22% Taxable Service Charge and a 6% Sales Tax will be applied to all food and beverage.
