Some talk about the fading centered activities and facilities. The highly qualified and quality of the education system and the employable experienced teachers take charge of the students to guide students, whereas others brag about the new IITs and them through their engineering courses. In addition, the industrial tours, projects and value-added courses result in increasing pay scales for students. Pulla Reddy group of Institutions for the past 16 years. This is where I have laid my first steps of career. It has always been a pleasure associating Dr. K.V.N. Sunitha with a group of such high repute and Transparent management. Whatever I am today, the root cause of it is the values & work culture inculcated by the great people behind these institutions. The path of sincerity, dedication towards work laid by Late Sri G.Pulla Reddy Garu and always followed by Sri P.Subba Reddy Garu is the main source of inspiration for me. I contributed my growth, confidence and development of my technical skills to this trust, for having implicit faith in my abilities and empowering me with a post of highest stature in the department. My eleven years of service in GNITS gave me enough confidence to take up the responsibility as Founder Principal at BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for women, Bachupally, Hyderabad.
