Day/Desk Concierge Transferred from Night to Day Concierge after successful application Same duties as night however working with a larger team and dealing with a much larger amount of requests and more of a variety of guest request providing me a good opportunity to broaden my area knowledge.

Night Concierge and Night Team Leader I started at the hotel as a night receptionist Within a few months I was offered an opportunity to move to day shifts which I accepted. Shortly after I was offered a promotion to fill in for Night Team Leader as well as taking on a new role as a Night Concierge. My duties included general Concierge duties such as helping with guests requests, recommending restaurants places to go, things to do and see. Assisting in car transfers and theatre and venue tickets. I also take part in assisting in the reception area during busy times, where I would check guests in and out and again helping to deal with common requests and any issues that way arise.
