ORDER OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT RESCINDING THE COUNTY’S SHELTER IN PLACE AND FACIAL COVERING ORDERS

DATE OF ORDER: 15, 2021

UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTIONS 101085, 120175, and Penal Code 409.5(a), THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF HUMBOLDT ("HEALTH OFFICER") ORDERS:

1. With the reopening of California on June 15, 2021, lifting of restrictions for most businesses and activities, the county tier system based on the Blueprint for a Safer Economy no longer in effect, and the State Public Health Officer Order of , 2021, the County of Humboldt Health Officer’s Stay at Home and Facial Coverings Orders are hereby RESCINDED.

2. Residents are directed to the State Public Health Officer Order dated June 11, 2021 (available at: https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CID/DCDC/Pages/COVID- 19/Order-of-the-State-Public-Health-Officer-Beyond-Blueprint.aspx) for the COVID-19 guidelines applicable to all Californians.

3. The County of Humboldt Health Officer’s current COVID-19 Isolation & Quarantine Orders shall remain in effect and will be reviewed and revised to ensure compliance with the current restrictions and guidance provided by California Department of Public Health, Federal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), and California Department of Industrial Relations – Division of Occupational Safety and Health (“Cal/OSHA”).

4. This Order is effective upon signature until rescinded, and be extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing by the Health Officer.

5. Copies of this Order shall promptly be: (1) posted on the County website and (2) provided to any member of the public requesting a copy of this Order.

6. If any provision of this Order to the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the remainder of the Order, including the application of such part or provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect. To this end, the provisions of this Order are severable.
