WHAT TO WATCH FOR HOME SWEET HOME: The Heat have won three-straight games at Stockton Arena after Sunday’s win over the San Jose Barracu- da. Stockton’s last loss on home ice came on Feb. 1, a 6-4 setback against San Jose. All-time, Stockton is 12-4-0-1 against the Gulls at home. COMEBACK KIDS: The Heat rattled off four unanswered goals Sunday to turn a 1-0 deficit after 40 minutes into a 4-1 win over a Pacific Division rival. The win was the first for Stockton when trailing after two periods since December 29, a 3-2 win over the Tucson Roadrunners. In that game, the Heat were down 2-1 after two periods. BIG ON SHORTIES: Ryan Lomberg got the comeback bid started on Sunday with a shorthanded goal at 8:53 of the third. The strike on the penalty kill was the third in three games for the Heat, which finished the weekend with the second-highest total of SHG in the AHL with 11, trailing Syracuse and Colorado’s total of 12.
