Registration begins Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the Parks & Recreation office during regular office hours from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Non Residents may register starting May3, 2013.

Playground camps are for Bethel Residents and Non Residents for an extra non-resident fee of $15.00 per session. The camps are available to the following age groups: Preschool (ages 3-5), Junior (grades 1-3), Senior (grades 4-6), and Youth (grades 7-9). We also offer an Extended Day program for Junior and Senior campers. A camp day may consist of indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, games, offsite trips, as well as onsite entertainment and activities. All participants will receive a schedule of events, permission slips and information about the program. CAMP WILL NOT BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JULY 4TH.

2013 Fall Intown Registration

Intown Begins at the Spring Soccer Picnic, June 15, 2013. Registration: ONLINE: Via the website by clicking the REGISTRATION button on the home page (www.bethelsoccer.org) or at the Parks & Recreation Office during normal business hours until August 30th, 2013. (end of normal registration) Ages: 4 ½ by the start of the season through 8th grade. Amount: $75 per child with a maximum of $150 per family (excluding travel soccer fees). The Bethel Parks & Recreation Department is working with the Brookfield Parks & Recreation Department to offer this worthwhile family summer fun.

Brookfield Town Park, 460 Candlewood Lake Road, Brookfield (Just south of the Candlewood Inn) Beach Passes- (On sale beginning 5/6/13) Open to Bethel families for the eleventh year and at a family-friendly price! Come on in and enjoy this well-maintained, well-guarded scenic beach on Candlewood Lake. Just minutes away from Bethel, this waterfront park has a pristine view of Candlewood Lake while offering swimming for all ages. Park amenities include: large swimming area, toddler swimming area, sand beach, playground, basketball courts, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, tetherball, picnic tables, barbeque grills, restrooms/changing facilities, plenty of parking, food concession, friendly lifeguards and floating dock with diving board.
