Only her husband was the source of income to the family so she wanted to help her husband for financial help and wanted to improve their family situation. Through community mobilizer she heard about Dalmia Bharat Foundation and facilities of our institute. Later she visited our Institute and joined Sewing Machine Operator ( SMO ) Course. In that course she learnt all types of dress stitching like pants, tops, blouses and basic computer knowledge. Very sincerely she learnt everything and later she got placed in Sahara Sports Apparels as a operator with the pay scale of 200 Rs per day as a daily wages. Rajashree Bhajantri belongs to to a poor family. Her father is a daily wages labour and mother is housewife. Her family monthly income was not so sufficient so discontinued her education. But she wanted to achieve something in her life.

Later she heard about our Dalmia Bharat Foundation and our trades through her friend and visited our centre. After visiting our institute she joined Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for 03 months. In that course she learnt customer management skills, basic computer knowledge etc.
