Lynchburg Police seek prescription fraud suspect

On Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at approximately 5:42 p.m. members of the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office were called to investigate a prescription fraud that occurred at the CVC store located at 21550 Tim- berlake Rd. The suspect, as can be seen in the video on MyLynchburg.net, is described as a white male, approximately 6’ tall. The suspect is also described as wearing blue jeans and a light colored short sleeve shirt with red writing on it. Information gathered from the investigation re- vealed that the suspect called in a prescription for “hydrocodone”, pretending to be a local doctor.
