CALVARY CEMETERY in Drums is erecting a new Niche Building for final interment of cremated remains. Pre-construction sales are now open. If you are interested, call the cemetery office Monday-Friday between 8:30 -12 noon and 1:00-3:30 PM. Payment plans are available at 0% interest for 2 years with required 25% down. A MESSAGE FROM FATHER MIKE:

This weekend in the Gospel two major events occur: appears to the Apostles in the upper room and the Apostle Thomas is dubbed “Doubting Thomas.” When Jesus appeared to the Apostles for the first time, instead of getting angry at them for running away from Him at His time of need, He simply said: “Peace be with you.” How would you treat someone who turned his back on you? Thomas was not present when Jesus appeared in the upper room (I’ve always wondered where he was). He then told the Apostles he wasn’t buying this resurrection stuff until he touched the wounds of Jesus (be careful of what you ask for). It was only then that Thomas believed. How about you, do you need proof to believe? Good Morning, Everyone, and a continued Happy Easter!

A VIEW FROM THE PEW, WHERE DID THEY PUT HIM? “He is not here; He is risen! Remember how He told you, while He was still with you in Galilee.” Luke 24:6. Remember, “It’s not the bunny, it’s the LAMB.” Anonymous. Happy Easter!

LOOKING FOR SOME EXTRA CASH? Calvary cemetery is looking for part time summer help with cemetery maintenance cutting grass and weed whacking. This is the perfect job for anyone who wants to work outside and make some extra money. The position pays $8.00 per hour for 29 hours per week with no weekends. It starts around April 26th and ends the end of September. Interested applicants should stop in the cemetery office between 8:30 AM and noon and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday - Friday or on Saturday between 8:00 AM and noon for an application.
